Leslie is the Office Manager at Onyx, where she ensures the office runs smoothly and efficiently each day. With a strong commitment to organization and patient experience, she plays a key role in creating the welcoming atmosphere our patients know and love. Outside of work, Leslie enjoys spending time at the lake or camping with her husband Donald, their two daughters, Emma and Aurora, and their dogs, Winston and Pilot. Leslie’s favorite part of working at Onyx is being part of a team that helps boost patients’ self-esteem and confidence. She loves seeing patients walk out of the office looking and feeling beautiful.

JoLynn is a University of Arkansas for Medical Science’s graduate with her bachelor’s degree in nursing. She has years of experience in Cardiology, family practice, and women’s health and has also been a volunteer at the Crisis center for women.  In her free time, JoLynn enjoys food (cooking and eating), working in her flower beds, reading, and playing tennis. To keep them occupied, while patiently waiting for grandchildren, she and her husband are doting on their 3 dogs and 2 cats.

Kim is Onyx’s receptionist. She is the friendly face that will greet you each time you enter our doors! She has 13 years of beauty experience and loves all things beauty and fashion! In her free time, you may just find her in the front row of Fashion week in New York! Kim enjoys traveling, making people laugh, loving on her dog, Hans, and spending time with her daughter and husband.

Meet Leslie, or L3, as we like to call her! With over a decade in combined operating room and plastic surgery experience, Leslie’s love for aesthetic nursing grew quickly in her career as a registered nurse. Her prior experience in plastic and cosmetic surgery has helped her to develop a strong knowledge in aesthetic nursing. She wants every patient to feel informed, understood and comfortable prior to their care. Her favorite part in patient care is helping to bring out each patient’s inner confidence. Leslie is married with four sons, a grandson, and a crew of dogs that includes her bestie, Winston the pug.

Meet Lesley! Lesley is one of Onyx’s Licensed Estheticians! She Attended the University of Arkansas, Fort Smith and graduated with a BA in biology. Always having a love for all things Science, she realized her true passion was skincare. She graduated from the Career Academy’s esthetician program and is now able to share what she loves by making people feel confident in their own skin. She specializes in customized facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, dermaplaning, waxing, and eyelash enhancements. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time outdoors with her 10 year old son, Jesiah, hiking, camping, kayaking, and cheering him on in his many sports activities.

Casey McCoy is a board certified family nurse practitioner and menopause specialist . With advanced training in hormone optimization, bioidentical hormone therapy, and aesthetic medicine, she is dedicated to helping women achieve optimal health, vitality, and longevity so they can live boldly and beautifully. Outside the clinic, Casey is happily married to her husband, Clayton, and together they are raising their two wonderful children, Avery and Chloe. She finds joy and restoration in gardening, soaking up sunshine by the pool, and traveling to new destinations with her family, embracing the same balanced, vibrant lifestyle she encourages in her patients.

Jennifer is a 1997 graduate from the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences. With almost 30 years of clinical experience, her passion is caring for patients and making them feel “at home”.  When she isn’t here at Onyx, you can find her spending time with Nathan, her husband of 10 years, on the archery range where she shoots competitively. She has one son, Bryzen and two step daughters, Maley and Addy. She is also mom to her weenie dog Forrest. 

Jami Cox is a Licensed Esthetician and Xtreme Lashes Stylist with more than 10 years of experience helping clients achieve healthy, beautiful skin. She is passionate about skincare and believes that confidence begins with feeling great in your own skin. Jami specializes in lash extensions, derma plane facials, chemical peels, microneedling, and a variety of advanced aesthetic treatments. She is dedicated to providing personalized care and creating customized treatment plans that help each client look and feel their best. Outside of the clinic, Jami enjoys spending time with her husband of 18 years, Rusty, and their blended family, which includes two sons, two daughters, and five grandchildren. She loves traveling, relaxing by the pool, and making memories with her family at Lake Tenkiller.

Shanda Hargrove brings a strong background in patient care and medical office operations, along with a genuine passion for aesthetics and wellness. She is dedicated to helping every patient feel confident, comfortable, and cared for while creating a warm, welcoming experience from the moment they walk through the door. Before joining the Onyx Aesthetics & Wellness team, Shanda was a patient herself and experienced firsthand the exceptional care, compassion, and personalized attention that define the practice. That experience inspired her to become part of the team, and she is proud to help provide the same outstanding experience to every patient who visits. Outside of work, Shanda enjoys spending time with her three amazing children, her fiancé, Andy, and their pets Hank the dog, Sophie the cat, and two guinea pigs, Peanut Butter and Jelly.

Breanna Morris earned her Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) credential from Arkansas Tech University in Ozark in 2023. She is passionate about providing patient-centered care and believes that taking the time to understand each patient’s unique story allows her to better support them throughout their health and wellness journey.

Outside of work, Breanna enjoys spending quality time with her husband, Houston, and their daughter, Millie. In her free time, she loves shopping, park days, taking road trips, and unwinding with a great TV series.
